*5-7 years Java, Java Servlets, Java Server Pages (JSP), JNDI, JavaScript, XML, HTML, DHTML, WebSphere experience
must possess excellent technical architecture / design skills.
*5-7 years of experience with Oracle Enterprise Taxation Management (ETM) product and / or Tax Industry experience preferred

*5-7 years of full system development life cycle (SDLC) experience
*2-4 years of Oracle/SQL experience
*Working knowledge of leading frameworks Struts or Spring or Hibernate
*Solid understanding Object oriented analysis and design (OOAD) and Database Management Systems concepts
*Ability to create UML diagrams such as Class and Sequence Diagrams, using Visio.
*Knowledge of industry standard design patterns such as MVC, Business Delegate, DAO, Service Locator, Singleton etc.
