ETL Tools like Data Stage, Data Manager , SQL Server SSIS, Analysis Services, Cognos TM1 Cubes, Active Batch monitoring and command line scripting.
10 years in IT Experience will be good.

Job Description:

- Monitor and analyze the performance and operations of a complex database related Batch Jobs comprised of many SQL servers

- Coordinate changes, enhancements and optimizations to software configurations, automated jobs, to improve performance and stability of systems and environments

- Write Scripts that perform optimizations and automation of daily batch jobs

- Liaise with external groups (sysadmins, DBAs, network engineers, build team) and coordinate joint projects where necessary

- Train Team-on-call on how to monitor, diagnose and remedy problems

Skills:

- Broad experience (7-10 years) in the physical design and deployment of complex distributed Windows based batch systems particularly with Active Batch

- Demonstrable success managing 24*7, high performance computing environments

- Strong ETL knowledge, Data warehousing skills, DB concepts. Strong Command Shell scripting

- Experience with Microsoft T-SQL with a propensity to learn more

- Good interpersonal skills, communications, documentation skills, excellent problem solving

- Willingness to take ownership of a product solution in a holistic sense, not drawing lines at the network, apps or physical hardware

- Working Knowledge in ETL Tools like Cognos Data Manager, DataStage, Microsoft SSIS.



- Konowledge of OLAP tools like Analysis Services, Cognos TM1, powerplay cubes
