JBoss Portal requirement ! Liferay

Experience in designing enterprise level portals such as JBoss,
* Liferay or Weblogic portal on one or more large, consumer-facing * websites.
> Proficient in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design, including Core J2EE Design Patterns and UML
> Application architecture, design, develop, and unit test web based applications, web services, and high quality UI components.
> Experience with performance tuning (front-end/back-end) of web applications, content Management and portal Systems
> Understanding and enforcement of technical quality (security, maintainability, performance, scalability etc.)
> Building standardized frameworks, services, and code in support of SOA architecture
> Demonstrated experience in quickly researching latest technologies, establish proof of concept
> Work with the business, architecture team, and other lead developers to collaborate on software requirements and provide solutions
> Experience working in multiple Application and Web servers like > JBoss, Tomcat and Apache
> Hands on exposure to relevant Web technologies including HTML/ XHTML , Javascript , CSS .
> Proven experience with configuration and build management tools such as CVS, Ant, Maven etc
> Experience in ORM with Spring and Hibernate frameworks considered a plus
> Thorough knowledge and understanding of relational database structure and design using Oracle, PL/SQL
> Familiarity with Mac OSX, or Unix
