1. Sr. Project Manager-Global Functional Lead

Location - Framingham, MA - Inperson Interview may be reqd
Length –1 year

Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager will be part of the Business Services team and work closely with the project team through the implementation of Oracle’s E-Business Suite. The SPM will interact with business users, and will assist and guide the functional, development and testing teams. The SPM will monitor and report project status to senior management, oversee the design of test plans, and monitor testing status. The SPM will also monitor conversion processes, guide problem resolution and provide informal guidance to Business Services team members.

Requirements:
· 5+ years of in depth Oracle Global E-Business Suite experience with Finance, P2P, HR, OAB, SSHR, and Payroll.
· Strong organization and analytical/problem solving skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a strong Finance/P2P/HR/Benefits/Payroll base.
· Working knowledge of general accepted business practices.
· Experience with standards for SOX compliance and SDLC methodology.


2. Project Manager-US Business Services Lead

Location - Framingham, MA-Inperson Interview may be reqd
Length –8 Months
Rate - Open and Competitive

The Project Manager will be part of the Business Services team and work closely with the Project team to support the production of Oracle’s E-Business Suite . The PM will interact with business users, and will assist and guide the functional, development and testing teams. The PM will monitor and report project status to management, oversee the design of test plans, and monitor testing status. The PM will also monitor solution design processes, guide problem resolution and provide information guidance to Finance and Business Services team members.

Requirements:
· 5+ years of in depth Oracle Global E-Business Suite experience with Finance, P2P.
· Strong organization and analytical/problem solving skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a strong Finance/P2P base.
· Working knowledge of general accepted business practices.

3. Sr. Business Analyst - Data Integrity Production Support

Location - Framingham, MA-Inperson Interview may be reqd
Length –3 Months
Rate - Open and Competitive

The Senior Business Analyst will be part of the Business Services team and work closely with the HR team to provide data integrity guidance to support the Oracle E-Business Suite Paryoll module. The analyst will interact with business users, and will assist and guide the business with data integrity analysts. The analyst will also be asked to support the Oracle OCC Functional Team with systems configurations, designing test plans, assisting in test execution and recording results.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of in depth Oracle Global E-Business Suite experience with HR, OAB, SSHR and Payroll with strong HR experience..
· Strong organization and analytical/problem solving skills with excellent written and oral communication skills.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a strong HR/Benefits/Payroll base.
· Working knowledge of general accepted HR practices.
· Experience with standards for SOX compliance and SDLC methodology.
