Under general supervision, collects, evaluates, and prepares research and/or other complex statistical data for a specific unit of the institution. Prepares statistical and narrative reports and recommendations, and participates in the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate. Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems. 4 - 6 years of experience.
Job Description:
This position will work within the Data Management Organization to assist in the design, develop, and implementation of comprehensive data and process requirements to support the PepsiCo ERP Master Data Implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
„X Lead the design, implementation and support of automated processes/workflows for managing master data in SAP.
„X Negotiate functional and technical solutions, balancing business requirements, project complexity, available budgets/resources and project timelines.
„X Develop presentations related to data processes and strategies, tailoring the message to specific audiences (end users, project teams, peers, leaders, etc.)
„X Represent the DMO in medium to large sized meetings and forums. Present slides, answer questions, facilitate discussions and decision making.
„X Plan small to medium sized projects, including developing timeline and resource estimates. Manage projects, including timeline monitoring, risk identification, issue escalation, status reporting, etc.
„X Develop test plans and test cases for functional solutions. Lead the execution of system and user acceptance test phases.
„X Deliver training related to master data solutions as required to support master data project implementations and ongoing business sustainment.
„X Interface with Business Process Owners , One Up Data and Process teams and COE support teams to define functional process requirements and propose solutions.
„X Write functional design documents in support of automated data management solutions, including SAP workflow tools.
„X Provide analysis and integrate solutions to eliminate recurring data issues. This may involve documenting processes and/or business process changes; and resolving master data related transactional issues.
„X Perform system configuration activities and create configuration rationale documentation.
„X Conduct and participate in business process design workshops. Document as-is and to-be work processes, integration issues, and change management requirements.
„X Operate across PepsiCo North America divisions and the other One Up teams to deliver the Business Process Transformation Enterprise Master Data vision.
„X Adheres to and ensures methodologies follow project standards and strategies.
„X Resolve highly complex data related problems and tasks.
„X Negotiates with key stakeholders to define solutions that meet functional requirements along with schedule and cost constraints.
„X Anticipates and overcomes complex problems associated with assigned projects.
„X Assists in or delivers presentations to a variety of audience levels gaining experience through leading meetings and preparing and giving group presentations.
„X Develops or improves upon existing business and system processes to resolve issues or streamline existing processes.

Required Qualifications:
„X Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Min 5 years related business experience.
„X 3 to 5 years of SAP ECC experience. Proven results in implementing master data process solutions in support of material, customer, vendor, financial, and other master data.
„X 3 to 5 years of SAP functional configuration experience in one or more of the primary configuration areas (MM, PP, SD, LO, etc.).
„X A working knowledge of the Global Data Synchronization Network (GDSN), including Global Location Number (GLN) and Global Trade Identification Number (GTIN) management.
„X Business process knowledge in more than one of the following areas - Accounting, Purchasing, Material Management, Order Management, R&D, Distribution, Marketing or other business disciplines.
„X Working knowledge across other technologies including the ability to build tables and write queries using relational databases, i.e SQVI or Access; knowledge of SAP and its transactions; extensive knowledge of Excel, Visio, Word, and Powerpoint.
„X In-depth understanding of PepsiCo products, services and business processes directly related to functional area.
„X Exhibits a strong 'can-do', 'will-do' attitude and strong sense of urgency in meeting deadlines. Must be detail-oriented, a quick learner, and self-motivated.
„X Ability to adapt to change quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.
„X Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent oral, written and listening skills. Ability to document processes, user scripts, and data flows.
„X Ability to develop and deliver presentations to peer level through executive audiences.
„X Possesses broad-based business knowledge of other technologies in order to execute project deliverables.
„X Fully understand data, systems, and business processes within multiple functional areas. Begin developing an understanding of business processes, and use of data attributes in Legacy and SAP systems, including developing an understanding of interactions between Legacy, downstream, and SAP systems.
