Hourly: Please provide your 1099 or Corp to Corp hourly rate

Position Title: Sr. Reports Developer, Business Objects with some Team Lead Experience.

 
Job Responsibilities:

·         Participate in requirements elicitation efforts to provide technical input on available reporting features and solutions

·         Review the report requirements, design report solutions, and develop prototypes for requirements validation

·         Develop reports using Business Objects (Webi, Universes, etc.)

·         Test the reports and assist with their deployment into the testing and production environments

·         Enhance existing reports to accommodate change requests, resolve discovered bugs, and improve performance.

·         Create and maintain supporting SQL stored procedures, tables, views, and functions

·         Perform code reviews and provide feedback to peers

·         Provide progress reports for assigned development tasks to project development lead

 
Must have skills:

·         Full lifecycle development experience

·         Prior leadership experience is preferred

·         3+ years of heavy experience using Business Objects reporting tools and Universe design and development

·         Strong experience with Webi

·         Strong analysis and design skills.

·         Read and understand logical and physical data modeling, both traditional entity relationship (ERD) and dimensional (star schema)

·         Strong SQL skills

·         Proficient with the MS Office Suite

·         Experience with data warehousing and retrieving data from a data warehouse structures (e.g., facts, dimensions, cubes)

·         Expert with relational database technology

 

Helpful Skills:

    * Experience with Informix RDBMS
    * Data Integrator

 
Soft Skills:

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

 
Education

·         Bachelor of Science degree required
