Required Skills/Knowledge:
· Strong Informatica skills - requires 3-5 years of strong development experience with Informatica Power Center and Power Exchange
· Given mapping specifications / algorithms, executes ETL algorithms
· Prepares documentation for all of the above in accordance with BCBSM requirements and guidelines



Preferred Skills and Abilities:
· Data warehouse experience
· Highly fluent in SQL
· Familiarity with claims/membership concepts and terminology a plus
· BCBSM experience a plus
· Highly accurate, highly detail oriented

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field required
· Minimum 3-5 years related experience required, including ORACLE experi
